The air conditioning policy was disappointing since it wasn't functional during winter, leaving the room stuffy at 25 degrees. Food offered at the buffet leaned towards limited options, with a noticeable lack of vegan selections. all salads contained meat or fish. The spa opened late and closed early, restricting access during prime relaxation times. the shower's pressure in the wet room style bathroom was excessive, often flooding the area. The floors were unclean, forcing me to keep shoes on to avoid sticky socks.

I was also overwhelmed by the filthy floors in my apartment. I couldn’t even go barefoot without my socks becoming brown. And given my status, I was defintley expecting a complimentary welcome gift, but alas, that was too much to expect apparently.

spacious, spacious, spacious
My one-bedroom apartment was a generous size, complete with a full kitchen, making it super convenient for preparing meals! The indoor heated swimming pool was perfect for my daily laps, while the stunning views from the top floor took my breath away during sunset. I truly enjoyed the variety of themed meals offered each night, adding an exciting twist to my dining experience.

We loved the spacious apartments that came with in-room kitchen facilities, making it easy to prepare meals for our little ones. The hotel features a variety of activities and amenities which kept our kids entertained, and the quiet pool area was perfect for relaxing while they splashed around.
The WiFi connectivity was often poor, making it difficult to stay connected during our stay.

Couple vacation paradise
Had an amazing breakfast every day, so many options like I was in a buffet heaven. Loved chilling by the pool, got to soak up sun after my morning gym sessions, which were solid except for some equipment issues.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but you know, that’s par for the course for this kind of place.

Straight talk, worth it or not?
We adored the spacious one-bedroom apartment complete with a full kitchen! Each night’s themed meals were a delightful culinary journey. The friendly staff made us feel remarkably welcome! !
The gym equipment was in poor condition, limiting my fitness experience. noise from above neighbors disrupted our evening relaxation.
